What is exact meaning of internet of things (IOT)

     
  In this post i will clear some basic concepts that fall under iot. Some of us think IOT is something that only needs some sort of connectivity with internet.Everyday life is surrounded by various objects,things, animals, Plants, anonymous things that are & are not on internet now.
       

















         Take an example of connected cars cariq is a connected car platform that combines the information gathered by MCU of car and link that with dedicated cloud service to brig intelligent reminders ad alerts that are fairy tale till now. All this is possible because of IOT.

What is IOT then? IOT is nothing but Internet of things a wave in this modern era where everything can go smarter better and smaller meanwhile connected.think of this from the beginning of universe there was nothing but a dot according to Einstein.then we started thinking of mechanical solutions for our problems, then the era of electricity thanks to sir Tesla & from their we started to think of electrical solutions,as time goes on we stared the electronics solution then computerized solutions then the start of modern and connected era happened, now people was looking for online services for their ease of life but what now? look everybody is moving from IPv4 to IPv6 because of humongous rise in connected devices, their was the birth of term IOT.
   

   


         So in simple words internet of people is what we was and is using but we will use internet of things will be the next wave in which billions and trillions of devices will talk to each other to form a better connected smart home, city , and eventually smarter world.

     

             Now days, internet of things is composed of sensors which brings timestamp data in huge amount which needs to be handled by some of the grate data structures to face Big Data and these sensors will be forming a wireless sensor network through a gateway they will be talking to a cloud which can bring interactive UI for user via an app or through webpage consisting of analytics and a closer look of your everyday life.
